7006-0029	Health Care Access Bureau Assessment For the operation of the health care access bureau of the division of insurance; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, 100 per cent of the amount appropriated in this item shall be assessed upon the institutions which the division currently regulates except for licensed business entity producers under powers granted to the division by general or special law or regulation; and provided further, that such assessment shall be in addition to any assessments that the division currently assesses upon such institutions and shall be made at a rate sufficient to produce $600,000 in additional revenue that will pay for this item	0	600,000
