7004-9201	Interest Subsidies for Private Development of Affordable Housing For interest subsidies for the private development of affordable housing; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, no new commitments shall be entered into during fiscal year 2008 for said fiscal year or any subsequent fiscal years; and provided further, that funds may be allocated by said agency to its existing interest subsidy contracts in a manner as it may determine necessary to maximize the preservation of existing affordable housing units throughout the commonwealth	5,500,000	4,500,000
