4590-0913	Shattuck Private Medical Vendor Retained Revenue For the Lemuel Shattuck hospital in the department; provided, that the hospital shall not expend more than $500,000 in revenues collected from private medical vendors for the purposes of funding expenses for services provided to inmates of county correctional facilities which have privatized medical care; provided, that for the purpose of accommodating discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lesser of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system	500,000	500,000
