4516-1022 State Laboratory Tuberculosis Testing Fee Retained Revenue
For the department of public health; provided, that the department may expend not more than $300,000 generated by fees collected from insurers for tuberculosis tests performed at the state laboratory institute; provided, that revenues collected may be used to supplement the costs of said laboratory; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lesser of this authorization or the most-recent revenue estimate, as reported in the state accounting system
