4513-1012 WIC Program Manufacturer Rebates Retained Revenue
The department of public health may expend not more than $22,000,000 from revenues received from the federal cost-containment initiatives including, but not limited to, infant formula rebates and Northeast Dairy Compact reimbursements; provided that, for the purpose of accommodating discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lesser of this authorization or the most-recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system
