4513-1000 Family Health Services
For the operation of the bureau of family health services; provided, that no funds shall be expended in the AA object class for any personnel-related costs; provided further, than not less than $350,000 be expended for the operations of the Regional Poison Control Center; provided further, that not less than $5,600,000 shall be provided for comprehensive family planning services, including HIV counseling and testing, community-based health education and outreach services, provided by agencies certified as comprehensive family planning agencies, family planning clinics and primary care services for women and children; provided further, that not less than $350,000 shall be expended for ROCA, Inc. for outreach and youth development for at-risk youth and young adults in Chelsea, Revere, and East Boston; provided further, that not less than $150,000 of said funds shall be expended for such programs in the Bowdoin/Geneva and the Uphams Corner/North Dorchester sections of Boston; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Falmouth Family Planning; provided further, that $450,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Birth Defects Monitoring Program; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Molly Bish Institute for Child Safety at Mount Wachusett Community College; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for Leanne's Dream Foundation in East Boston; provided further, that not less than $120,000 shall be expended for the North End Outreach Network of Springfield; provided further, that $200,000 shall be expended for an elder health and outreach program in Saugus; provided further, that $10,000 shall be expended for the Cancer House of Hope in the city of Westfield; provided further, that not less than $35,000 shall be expended for the Immigrants Assistance Center, Inc., in New Bedford for its unique bilingual AIDS education; provided further, that $25,000 shall be expended for regional respite, counseling and holistic therapy services offered by the Cancer Connection, located in the City of Northampton; and provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Sudden Infant Death Center at Boston Medical Center
