1775-0124	Human Services Provider Overbilling Recovery Retained Revenue The operational services division may expend an amount not to exceed $500,000 from revenue collected in the recovery of cost-reimbursement and non-reimbursable over billing and recoupment for health and human service agencies and as a result of administrative reviews, as determined during the division's audits and reviews of providers pursuant to section 274 of chapter 110 of the acts of 1993; provided, that the division may only retain revenues collected in excess of $207,350	500,000	500,000
