1750-0201 | Physical Abilities Test Fee Retained Revenue The human resources division may expend not more than $350,000 from revenues collected for implementation of the medical and physical fitness standards program established pursuant to sections 61A and 61B of chapter 31 of the General Laws and chapter 32 of the General Laws; provided, that the personnel administrator shall charge a fee of not less than $50 to be collected from each applicant who participates in the physical ability test; provided further, that the human resources division shall submit a semi-annual report to the house and senate committees on ways and means detailing all expenditures on the program including, but not limited to, the costs of personnel, consultants, administration of the wellness program, establishment of standards and any other related costs of the program; and provided further, that the division shall report to the house and senate committees on ways and means by February 1, 2008, on the projected costs of the program for fiscal year 2008 |
