0640-0096	State Lottery Commission - Health and Welfare Benefits For the purpose of the commonwealth's fiscal year 2008 contributions to the health and welfare fund established pursuant to the collective-bargaining agreement between the lottery commission and the service employees international union, Local 254, AFL-CIO; provided, that the contributions shall be paid to the trust fund on such basis as the collective bargaining agreement provides; and provided further, that 25 per cent of the amount appropriated in this item shall be transferred quarterly from the State Lottery Fund to the General Fund	355,945	355,945
