MassHealth Delivery System Reform Effective Dates

SECTION 45.   Sections 7, 12 and 13 of this Act shall take effect on October 1, 2016.

This section provides that the sections pertaining to MassHealth's delivery system reform shall take effect on October 1, 2016.
