8910-0108 | Franklin Sheriff's Department For the operation of the Franklin sheriff's department; provided, that the sheriff's department shall provide relevant data to the executive office of public safety and security to allow for the reporting of recidivism rates for all pretrial, county sentenced, and state sentenced inmates, starting July 1, 2016; provided further, that each sheriff's department shall also report, in a format designated by the Massachusetts sheriffs' association in consultation with the executive office for administration and finance, fiscal year 2016 total costs per inmate by facility no later than October 3, 2016; and provided further, that the sheriff's department shall submit this report directly to the executive office for administration and finance, the house and senate committees on ways and means, the joint committee on public safety, the executive office of public safety and security, the Massachusetts sheriffs' association, and the department of correction |
