4800-0016 | Roca Retained Revenue for Cities and Towns The department of children and families may expend for the operation of the transitional employment program an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 from revenues collected for services provided by the participants; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the department may enter into a contract with Roca, Inc. to manage the transitional employment program and to provide services to participants from the aging-out population, parolees, probationers, youth service releasees or other community residents considered to have employment needs |
