MassHealth Dental Coverage

SECTION 39.   Notwithstanding section 53 of chapter 118E of the General Laws, for fiscal year 2016, the executive office of health and human services may determine the extent to which to include within its covered services for adults the federally-optional dental services that were included in its state plan or demonstration program in effect on January 1, 2002; provided that dental services shall be covered for adults at least to the extent covered as of June 30, 2015.
 
 

Summary:
This section proposes to allow MassHealth to provide the same level of dental benefits that it is offering in fiscal year 2015.
