Commonwealth Care Trust Fund Transfer

SECTION 34.   Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the comptroller shall transfer $110,000,000 or a lesser amount, if the secretary of administration and finance so requests in writing, to the General Fund from the Commonwealth Care Trust Fund established in section 2OOO of chapter 29 of the General Laws.
