| 5046-4000 | CHOICE Program Retained Revenue For the department of mental health, which may expend not more than $125,000 in revenue collected from occupancy fees charged to the tenants in the creative housing option in community environments, the CHOICE program, authorized by chapter 167 of the acts of 1987; provided, that all fees collected under that program shall be expended for the routine maintenance and repair of facilities in the CHOICE program |
