3000-3050 | Supportive Child Care For early education and care for families referred by the department of children and families; provided, that funds may be used to provide services during a transition period for families upon closure of their case; provided further, that foster families identified by the department of children and families who would benefit from supportive child care services may also receive funding from this item; provided further, that the department of children and families shall work with the department of early education and care to maintain a centralized waiting list to detail the children eligible for services from this item; and provided further, that the commissioner of early education and care may transfer funds to this item from items 3000-1000, 3000-4050 and 3000-4060, as necessary, pursuant to an allocation plan, which shall detail by object class the distribution of the funds to be transferred and which the commissioner shall file with the house and senate committees on ways and means 30 days before the transfer |
