1750-0101 | Chargeback for Training For the cost of goods and services rendered in administering training programs, including the cost of training unit staff; provided, that the division shall charge to other items for the cost of participants enrolled in programs sponsored by the division or to state agencies employing these participants; provided further, that the division may collect from participating state agencies a fee sufficient to cover administrative costs of the commonwealth's performance recognition programs and to expend these fees for goods and services rendered in the administration of these programs; provided further, that the division may charge and collect from participating state agencies a fee sufficient to cover administrative costs and expend these fees for goods and services rendered in the administration of information technology services related to the human resources compensation management system program; and provided further, that the division may charge and collect from participating state agencies fees sufficient to cover the costs of shared services
