1599-0063 | Early Retirement Incentive Program NonPayroll Costs For a reserve to fund the costs of sick leave and vacation leave buyout of employees participating in the employee retirement incentive program, and additional health and other benefit costs of employees who fill positions vacated pursuant to the employee retirement incentive program; provided, that the secretary of administration and finance may transfer from this item to other items of appropriation and allocations thereof for fiscal year 2016 amounts necessary to meet these costs, in accordance with a transfer plan which shall be filed in advance with the house and senate committees on ways and means |
