1775-0115 | Statewide Contract Fee For the operational services division; provided, that the division may expend for the purpose of procuring, managing and administering statewide contracts an amount not to exceed $3,500,000 from revenue collected from the statewide contract administrative fee; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the operational services division may incur expenses including the costs of personnel and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate, as reported in the state accounting system |
