| 7061-9634 | Mentoring Matching Grants For the Massachusetts Service Alliance, which shall be responsible for administering a competitive statewide grant program for public and private agencies to start or expand youth mentoring programs according to current best practices and for purposes including advancing academic performance, self esteem, social competence and workforce development; provided, that in order to be eligible to receive funds from this item, each public or private agency shall provide a matching amount equal to $1 for every $1 disbursed from this item |
