1775-0900 | Federal Surplus Property Retained Revenue The operational services division may expend not more than $55,000 in revenues collected under chapter 449 of the acts of 1984 and section 4L of chapter 7 of the General Laws, including the costs of personnel, from the sale of federal surplus property, including the payment, expenses and liabilities for the acquisition, warehousing, allocation and distribution of federal surplus property; provided, that for the purpose of accommodating discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the operational services division may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system |
