| 7061-9634 | Mentoring Matching Grants For the Massachusetts Service Alliance, which shall be responsible for administering a competitive statewide grant program for public and private agencies to start or expand youth mentoring programs according to current best practices and for purposes including advancing academic performance, self-esteem, social competence and workforce development; and provided further, that in order to be eligible to receive funds from this item, each public or private agency shall provide a matching amount equal to $1 for every $1 disbursed from this item |
