| 4000-0640 | MassHealth Nursing Home Supplemental Rates For nursing facility Medicaid rates; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, in fiscal year 2011 the division of health care finance and policy shall establish nursing facility Medicaid rates that cumulatively total $288,500,000 more than the annual payment rates established by the division under the rates in effect as of June 30, 2002; provided further, that funds shall be expended in an amount not less than that appropriated in fiscal year 2011 for purposes of reimbursing nursing facilities for up to 10 bedhold days for patients of the facility on medical and non-medical leaves of absence; provided further, that an amount for expenses related to the collection and administration of section 25 of chapter 118G of the General Laws shall be transferred to the division of health care finance and policy; and provided further, that the payments made under this item shall be allocated in an amount sufficient to implement section 622 of chapter 151 of the acts of 1996 |
