1102-3232 | Contractor Certification Program Retained Revenue For the division of capital asset management and maintenance; provided, that the division may expend not more than $300,000 received from application fees charged in conjunction with the certification of contractors and subcontractors pursuant to section 44D of chapter 149 of the General Laws; provided further, that only expenses, including staffing, incurred to implement and operate the certification program shall be funded from this item; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the division may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate, as reported in the state accounting system |
