5095-1016 | Occupancy Fees Retained Revenue For the department of mental health, which may expend not more than $500,000 in retained revenues collected from occupancy fees charged to the tenants of the state hospitals; provided, that all fees collected shall be expended to support the costs to sustain operations of the state hospital facilities; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system |
