4516-1022 | State Laboratory Tuberculosis Testing Fee Retained Revenue For the department of public health, which may expend not more than $279,678 generated by fees collected from insurers for tuberculosis tests performed at the State Public Health Laboratory; provided, that collected retained revenues may be used to supplement the costs of said laboratory; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system |
