1775-0124 | Human Services Provider Overbilling Recovery Retained Revenue For the operational services division; provided, that the division may expend not more than $101,858 from revenues collected in the recovery of cost-reimbursement and non-reimbursable overbilling and recoupment for health and human service agencies and as a result of administrative reviews, as determined during the division's audits and reviews of providers under section 22N of chapter 7 of the General Laws; provided further, that the division may only retain revenues collected in excess of $100,000; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the division may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system |
