SECTION 88.
The second sentence of subsection (c) of section 22 of chapter 237 of the acts of 2014, as amended by section 126 of chapter 219 of the acts of 2016, is hereby further amended by adding the following words:- ; provided, however, that any future lease or other agreement shall be subject to chapter 7C of the General Laws.
