SECTION 71.
Subsection (b) of said section 5 of said chapter 161A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- If the authority determines that it shall sell or otherwise dispose of real property with a fair market value of less than $50,000, the authority shall declare the property available for disposition and shall specify the restrictions, if any, placed on the subsequent use of the property.
