MDFA Reporting
SECTION 123.
The Massachusetts Development Finance Agency established in chapter 23G of the General Laws shall file the allocation of Agency debt obligations for its corporate purposes required pursuant to section 29 of said chapter 23G of the General Laws for fiscal year 2018 with the clerks of the senate and house of representatives not later than September 15, 2017 and annually thereafter, not later than July 1, pursuant to said section 29 of said chapter 23G of the General Laws.
