2250-2000 Safe Drinking Water Act
For the commonwealth's implementation of the Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974 under section 18A of chapter 21A of the General Laws; provided, that the department may expend funds for the study and remediation of lead in public school drinking water; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the design and construction of a drinking water main-line in the town of Webster; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for costs related to the study, planning and engineering of a water line connection in the town of Ashby; and provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for costs related to the study, planning and engineering of a water line connection in the town of Sturbridge
