SECTION 96.
The first paragraph of section 34B of said chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- A liquor purchase identification card issued by the registrar shall be labeled as "Not for Federal Identification.
