SECTION 32.
Section 6 of said chapter 18C, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:- The child advocate shall have access to relevant records held by the clerk of the juvenile court and the clerk of the probate and family court, including the right to inspect and copy, without cost.
