SECTION 15.
Said section 29 of said chapter 15C, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word "disabilities", in line 42, the following words:- ; provided, however, that notwithstanding any other provision of this section, the authority shall establish and administer the program in accordance with 26 U.S.C. 529A to ensure that the program constitutes a qualified ABLE program as defined in said 26 U.S.C. 529A.
