4120-2000 | Vocational Rehabilitation for the Disabled For vocational rehabilitation services operated in cooperation with the federal government; provided, that funds from the federal vocational rehabilitation grant or state appropriations shall not be deducted for pensions, group health or life insurance or any other such indirect costs of federally-reimbursed state employees; and provided further, that the commissioner, in making referrals to service providers, shall take into account a client's place of residence and the proximity of the nearest provider to the residence |
