4120-0200 | Independent Living Centers For independent living centers; provided, that not later than March 1, 2017, the commission shall report to the house and senate committees on ways and means on the services provided by the independent living centers, which shall include, but not be limited to: (a) the total number of consumers that request and receive services; (b) the types of services requested and received by consumers; (c) the total number of consumers moved from nursing homes; and (d) the total number of independent living plans and goals set and achieved by consumers |
