1595-1067 | Delivery System Transformation Initiatives Trust Fund For an operating transfer to the Delivery System Transformation Initiatives Trust Fund established in section 35UU of chapter 10 of the General Laws; provided, that these funds shall be expended under the delivery system transformation initiative master plan and hospital-specific plans approved in the MassHealth demonstration waiver under section 1115 of the Social Security Act, as codified at 42 U.S.C. section 1315 for state or federal fiscal year 2016; provided further, that all payments from the fund shall be: (a) subject to the availability of federal financial participation; (b) made only under federally-approved payment methods; (c) consistent with federal funding requirements and all federal payment limits as determined by the secretary of health and human services; and (d) subject to the terms and conditions of an agreement with the executive office of health and human services; provided further, that the secretary of health and human services shall make payments of up to $49,338,667 from the fund to the Cambridge public health commission for federal fiscal year 2017 only after the Cambridge public health commission transfers up to $24,669,334 of its funds to the Delivery System Transformation Initiatives Trust Fund using a federally-permissible source of funds which shall fully satisfy the non-federal share of the payment |
