SECTION 189.
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, funds shall be expended from the Housing Preservation and Stabilization Trust Fund established in section 60 of chapter 121B of the General Laws for the Secure Jobs Connect pilot program established pursuant to item 7004-9322.
