Section 13 of said chapter 94C, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 2, 18, 29, 34 and 48, the words "or wholesale druggist" and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- , wholesale druggist or outsourcing facility.
