Commonwealth Care Trust Fund Transfer
SECTION 145.
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the comptroller shall transfer up to $110,000,000, if the secretary of administration and finance requests in writing, to the General Fund from the Commonwealth Care Trust Fund established in section 2OOO of chapter 29 of the General Laws.
