4590-1507 | Youth At-Risk Matching Grants For matching grants to the Massachusetts Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs, Inc., the Alliance of Massachusetts YMCAs, Inc., the YWCA organizations, nonprofit community centers and teen empowerment and youth development programs; provided, that the department of public health shall award at least the full amount of each grant to each organization previously included in the youth-at-risk grants, if those organizations applied for funds in fiscal year 2016, upon commitment of matching funds from those organizations; provided further, that the department of public health shall award not less than $1,100,000 to the Massachusetts Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs, Inc., which shall be distributed equally between the alliance's member organizations; provided further, that the department shall award not less than $900,000 to the Alliance of Massachusetts YMCAs, Inc., which shall be distributed between the alliance's member organizations; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Center for Teen Empowerment, Inc.; and provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for programs and services at the Milford Youth Center |
