SECTION 82.
Section 29 of chapter 40B of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 18 and 19, the words "fifteen cents per capita for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy-five" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 50 cents per capita for the fiscal year 2015.
