SECTION 168.
Section 63 of chapter 152 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "chapter", in line 15, the following words:- ; provided, however, that if the reason for cancellation is for nonpayment of premium, if the insured pays the amount of premium due on or before the effective date of cancellation, the assigned carrier shall issue an accurate renewal policy.
