SECTION 5.
Section 67 of chapter 3 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 1 and 2, the words "gay and lesbian" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning.
