SECTION 45.   Said subsection (a) of said section 22 of said chapter 22, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out clause (8) and inserting in place thereof the following 2 clauses:-

(8) sections 57 and 60 of chapter 147; and

(9) section 20.
