SECTION 176.
Section 3-1201 of said chapter 190B, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "person", in line 5, the following words:- or, in the case of a person who at the person's death, was receiving services from the department of mental health, the department of developmental services or the division of medical assistance, any person designated to act as a voluntary personal representative of the estate of the person by the department of mental health, the department of developmental services or the division of medical assistance.
