SECTION 141.
Section 7 of chapter 111B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "treatment", in line 41, the following words:- ; provided, however, that a patient shall not be referred to alcohol and drug free housing unless such housing is certified pursuant to section 18A of chapter 17.
