For the Massachusetts Service Alliance, Inc. to administer state service corps grants and provide training and support to volunteer and service organizations; provided further, that not less than $110,000 be provided for a work maturity skills pilot program through the Community Action Committee of Cape Cod & Island, Inc. to move women from domestic violence shelters to long-term employment and financial stability; provided, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended towards workforce efforts at the Pine Street Inn in the city of Boston; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Moving Ahead Program at the St. Francis House in the city of Boston; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the New England Farm Workers' Council; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Latino Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce; provided further, that not less than $400,000 shall be expended for the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts; provided further, that not less than $400,000 shall be expended for the Urban League of Springfield; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for programs supporting and promoting cultural heritage, diversity, and education in the city of Boston that were in item 7007-0900 of chapter 182 of the acts of 2008; provided further, that not less than $124,888 shall be expended for the Career Resources Corporation in the city of Haverhill for the provision of employment services to veterans with disabilities; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for community outreach and education efforts to the Hispanic senior citizens of the town of Southbridge; and provided further, that not less than $65,000 shall be expended for Tri-City Community Action Program, Inc. in the city of Malden
