4190-0200 | Holyoke Telephone and Television Retained Revenue For the Soldiers' Home in Holyoke, which may expend not more than $50,000 from fees collected from veterans in its care to provide television and telephone services to residents; provided, that fees from the use of telephones and televisions shall only be expended for payments to vendors for said services; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the Soldiers' Home may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system |
