| 0340-1100 | Berkshire District Attorney For the Berkshire district attorney's office, including the victim and witness assistance program, the child abuse and sexual assault prosecution program, the drug task force and the domestic violence unit; provided, that 50 per cent of fees payable under rules 15(d) and 30(c)(8) of the Massachusetts Rules of Criminal Procedure for appeals taken by the office shall be paid from this item; provided further, that no assistant district attorney shall be paid an annual salary of less than $37,500; and provided further, that funds shall be expended for the operation and management of the Berkshire county drug task force |
